We are currently unable to accept new clients for advance bookings of evening appointments. Please monitor our Facebook page for any short notice availability, for a one-off booking.
Alternatively, get in touch if you would like adding to our waiting list.
Existing clients who have not had an evening appointment in the last 3 months will need to follow the procedure above.
TRANSFERABLE BOOKING FEES

Please note that any transferable booking fees from appointments cancelled prior to 31st December 2022 must be used by the end of 2023. Failure to do so, will mean you forfeit the amount paid and it will be deemed a cancellation charge. We have an extensive number of unused transferable booking fees from many years a go, with clients having been contacted on multiple occasions and given the opportunity to rebook, no further reminders will be sent.
As of 1st January 2023, any bookings cancelled with more than 48 hours provided, will be able to transfer the non-refundable booking fee to an alternative date up to 12 months after the date of the cancelled appointment. If the booking fee is not used within 12 months, the amount paid will be forfeited and be deemed a cancellation charge.

Why not treat a friend or family member?
We have printed physical gift certificates available for collection. These can be for monetary value from £15 or a specific treatment off our main menu and come with a 12 month expiry date, no change given.
Gift certificate must be presented prior to the treatment commencing.
We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged gift certificates.
E-vouchers are also available to purchase, no minimum or maximum spend. No expiry date but the recipient must keep safe their gift voucher code as this will be required when using to part or full pay for a treatment or retail.
