HARMONY

Escape the stressors of life with our harmony spa treatment. Your treatment commences with an aromatherapy hot stone back massage to release unwanted tension in the muscles and deeply relax the mind. Drift away as we perform a luxury soothing and hydrating facial incorporating hot stone facial massage. Whilst our face mask nourishes your skin, we will treat your feet to a foot massage using heated basalt stones and the best aromatherapy oil, restoring harmony to your mind and body.

BODY & MIND RECOVERY

When you need to take time for you! This aromatherapy treatment will allow your body and mind to relax and unwind. A bespoke back, neck and shoulder massage is followed by a soothing and restorative foot and lower leg massage. You will leave like you are walking on air.

Our hormonal wellness package has been put together to support your mind and body with some of the challenges hormonal changes can bring and to give you some respite.
Harnessing the power of aromatherapy and specialist massage techniques we aim to stimulate and increase the feel good hormones oxytocin, dopamine, serotonin and endorphins. Along with nourishing and revitalising your skin the treatment will help to calm the mind, reduce anxiety, lift mood and improve concentration.
In brief the treatment comprises of body brushing, aromatherapy full body massage, hydrating body moisturisers, a revitalising facial including cold stone massage and a head massage.

This full body and face treatment was created using time honoured techniques by pioneering aromatherapist Eve Taylor O.B.E.
A combination of lymphatic drainage techniques and an expertly blend of lemongrass, cinnamon, thyme, galbanum, lavender and rosemary that will stimulate the circulation, metabolism and nerves. Leaving you feeling revitalised and uplifted.
Treatment Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
*Due to the stimulating effect, we do not recommend having this treatment after 2pm as it may interfere with your sleep cycle. Nor do we advise it for those taking essential medication such as for blood pressure.
SOOTHE & RELAX

Focusing on soft tissue and lymphatic flow, this treatment will deeply relax you, soothe the mind and strengthen the nervous system. It is especially beneficial for those who are touch sensitive and are not usually able to access other body massages.
