High contact surfaces are cleaned between clients and purge ventilation takes place between each client’s appointment. Toilet facilities will continue to be available to clients. For security purposes, our insurance company have always stipulated that anyone wishing to use the toilet must be escorted to the bathroom and that we wait outside. We ask that you use your own toilet facilities before setting off for your appointment to reduce the likelihood of you needing to use the toilet facilities. We appreciate some of you may still need to use the toilet and we have disposable paper towels for drying hands and a pedal bin to dispose of the waste. However, please understand that family may be at home on occasions but we will ensure they stay at least 2 metres away whilst you walk through our property.
It is no longer a legal requirement for clients to wear a face covering when attending appointments however the government advice wearing a face covering in enclosed spaces to reduce the risk of droplet spread. Should you choose to wear a face covering, there are some scenarios when you may be requested to remove it. For example, for purposes of identification or to perform treatments on the face. For our personal safety we ask that all new clients do not put their face covering on until just before entering the treatment room, this allows us to see your face for identification purposes. If you forget to bring a face covering and would like to wear one, we can provide a disposable one for a small charge of 50p.
