THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

This is a relaxing treatment using Swedish Massage techniques to ease minor muscular tension, reduce stress and anxiety levels and for those generally seeking a bit of time out to relax and unwind.

We can tailor the level of pressure exerted to your requirements and deep tissue techniques can be utilised to treat small, areas of tension but if you have a specific problem that you require treating we suggest booking a sports massage.

We use Eve Taylor premium quality massage oils in our treatments, an oil is selected following a consultation. We have a range of oils in stock including aromatherapy blends at no additional charge.
